Note that everything sold here is made-to-order, the manufacturer will only provide refund if the item is visibly damaged. You can email us at youbelong@outcaststhepodcast.com and include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. 

Damaged & mislabeled items
If your order was lost or damaged during delivery or defective, please contact us within 30 days after receiving (or supposed to your item to request a return. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Size exchanges
Unfortunately we won't be able to refund products ordered in the wrong size. Thank you for understanding. Please check the size chart in the product page itself.
